RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Tilism, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.


1. RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging and tags intact
- Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Products purchased on sale or discount
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. REFUNDS

- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be made to the original payment method


5. SHIPPING CHARGES

- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable


6. CANCELLATIONS

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
