SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Tilism. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped
2. SHIPPING TIME
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers
4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders
- A small COD handling fee may be applicable (shown at checkout)
Important COD Rules:
- Please ensure availability at the time of delivery
- Orders may be confirmed via call/WhatsApp before dispatch
- We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails
- Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may lead to restriction of COD for that customer
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS
- You can track your order using the provided tracking details
6. DELAYS
Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- High order volume
We appreciate your patience in such cases.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
8. UNDELIVERED / RTO ORDERS
If an order is not accepted at delivery or returned (RTO):
- Future COD orders may be restricted
- Re-shipping will be done only on prepaid basis
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
